Your body thanks itself when you practice yoga by releasing serotonin and GABA receptors (your happiness hormones). Yoga also helps you practice deep breathing which helps regulate your heart rate and reduce stress as well. The constant change in positions allows blood flow to increase throughout your body which improves your joint and lymph health.
